Bibliometric Analysis, Literature, Greenwashing,Abstract
The objective of this study is to examine the structural characteristics of academic studies in the field by employing bibliometric analysis methods to reveal the development and intellectual structure of the greenwashing literature. In this study, we employed bibliometric methods to examine publications concerning greenwashing. Our analysis entailed the examination of various aspects of scholarly collaboration, including the authors' network, the frequency of citation, the bibliographic connections among authors, the keywords shared among publications, and the international collaborations between researchers. The analysis yielded a visual representation of the interconnections among studies in the literature, thereby elucidating the prevailing thematic trends and the collaborative structure of research in the field of greenwashing.
The findings indicate that the literature pertaining to greenwashing is garnering heightened academic interest and has evolved into an interdisciplinary domain of research. Co-authorship analyses reveal that researchers tend to congregate within specific academic groups and that certain researchers function as conduits between disparate research groups. A close examination of the citation and bibliographic linkages reveals that a subset of studies occupies a central position within the extant literature and functions as seminal reference sources for subsequent research.
